Oogie Boogie Bash is a separately ticketed after-dark event at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California featuring Disney villain-themed entertainment such as meet and greets, treat trails, and Villain’s Grove: a walkthrough attraction in which Redwood Creek Challenge Trail is re-themed with lights, projections, lasers, and musical ambience to a Disney Villains theme. Radiator Springs, the “Cars land” at DCA, also receives special Halloween treatment, becoming Radiator Screams. Previous years featured the Frightfully Fun Parade, but in 2026, due to ongoing construction behind Pixar Pier and in the Avengers Campus areas, the Frightfully Fun Parade has been replaced with Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake. The first Oogie Boogie Bash of 2026 was the night of August 18th. Since my very first Spooky Season at DDLV, I have simulated Oogie Boogie Bash in my DCA build in the Forest of Valor by recreating Villain’s Grove. Once we were given floating islands, I extended my DCA build to the Forest of Valor Floating Island, recreating Radiator Springs and the Avengers Campus, as well as the Monsters Inc. area of Hollywood Studios. Of course, that meant also bringing Oogie Boogie Bash to that DCA extension on the floating island.
