For 2026, Disney’s World Princess Week continues the multi-year Create Your World campaign, launched back in July of 2024. The Create Your World campaign is live across all Disney brands and experiences, including theatrical and streaming content, parks and resorts experiences, consumer products, and, with new CEO Josh D’Amaro’s stance on gaming, Disney games as well. That’s right: the Create Your World campaign is also live in the Valley! (Or, at least, that’s a pretty safe assumption.)
Another important release for World Princess Week 2026 was the short film “Once A Princess, Always A Princess” on Disney + and Disney’s official channels on YouTube:

Okay, once you’re done crying: what does this mean for us in the Valley?
Well, last week’s Dreamsnap #161, “Getting Artsy”, is actually perfectly in line with both Princess Week and the Create Your World campaign. And, believe it or not, the upcoming Disney Channel Collection being released in the Premium Shop also gels nicely with both. Hannah Montana, Taylor Swift, and Lizzie McGuire may not be princesses in the traditional sense, but for many young women who grew up with Disney Channel (or for guardians who raised Disney Channel kids, like myself), these go-getting young ladies became the modern-day princesses with which many identified. All of these characters fully embody what the Create Your World campaign is intended to represent:
“That every girl can go beyond dreaming big, to doing big things.”
